The Versant RN Residency is a comprehensive, evidence-based onboarding of new graduate nurses that helps them gain the experience, judgment, skills and confidence they need to navigate the complexity of hospital life.  RN Residents progress to the competent level quickly, safely, and effectively.

Residents are supported-professionally and emotionally-by a network of senior nurses who act as preceptors, mentors, and debriefers.  They attend interactive classes and skills labs that build upon their clinical experiences.

You must be a recently graduated RN or have been licensed for 6 months or less.

You may indicate your area of interest on your application. After completing the 18-week program, you will be assigned to your unit. The shift and FTE is subject to availability at the time you have successfully completed the program.

You must be able to provide verification at the time of interview of a 3.0 or better GPA and have at least 3 letters of recommendation.

Resident Nurse positions are not eligible for relocation assistance or employee referral bonuses.
